Barbara Linda Keller, age 76, of Clifton, Texas, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020, at her residence.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, February 15, in the New Salem Baptist Church in Rosebud, Texas. Pastor Don Fulton officiating.
Barbara Linda Keller age 76 of Clifton was born in Pearsall, Texas to Sonny Eldridge and Ina Mae Wernette. Barbara was raised and went to school in Corpus Christi. She moved to the Waco area in 1963, and then moved to Clifton in 1985. She went to Marlin Vocational Nursing school in 1975. She worked as an LVN at Providence Hospital, Goodall-Witcher Hospital, Clifton Care Center, and Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home. She had a passion for nursing and loved every job she had until her retirement in 2008.
Left behind to cherish her memories are: Sibilings: Brenda Robb, Linda Krupa, Alice Derberko, Regina Schan, Guy Eldridge, and Ralph Schan Children: Jeff Rhoden and wife Debra, Julie Odenbach and husband Keith, Jenni Padgett and husband Don, Jon Rhoden and wife Bobbi, James Keller and Girlfriend Alyssa Morse, and Zechariah Lopez. Grandkids: Bubba Padgett, Brandy Padgett and Boyfriend Lance Scott, Amanda Muegge and husband Billy, Amber Klepper, DeeDee Dominguez and husband Aldo, Russell Rhoden and wife Ashley, Timothy Klepper and Fiancé Amber Seymore, Dakota Aycock, Blake Odenbach, Hannah Rhoden, Logan Rhoden, Abigail Lopez and Elijah Lopez Great Grandkids: Keeleigh Mullens, Dalton Mullens, Dustin Padgett, Tayden Scott, Mailey Padgett, Hayleigh Hennig, Cooper Muegge, Adela Dominguez,
AJ Dominguez, Amara Scott, Emeri Klepper, Hadalee Muegge, Kaia Klepper
As well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leonard & Alice Wernette, and Witt & Betsy Eldridge, her parents, Sonny Eldridge and Ina Mae Wernette, loved ones Kenny Eldridge, Carey Eldridge, Kay Eldridge, Stacy Robb, Chester Rhoden, Tom Keller, Allison Brooke Rhoden, and many aunts and uncles.
Memorials can be made to Lutheran Sunset Home, Lutheran hospice, or charity of your choice.
