Dawn Marie Ballard, age 60, of Kopperl, passed away on Thursday afternoon, January 23, 2020 at her residence.

Dawn was born Feb. 21, 1959, in Rochester, New York.  She married Joe Ballard on Feb. 15, 1984, in Freeport, Texas.  The couple moved to the Kopperl area in 1985 where they worked as land surveyors
