Dorothy Louise (Wegener) Fisher

Dorothy Wegener Fehr Fisher age 82, of Kopperl, went to her heavenly home on February 21, 2022 in Itasca, Texas.

Viewing will take place at 3 P.M., on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Lawson Funeral Home.

Dorothy Lousie Wegener was born on November 4, 1939 in Gonzales, Texas to Renhaldino and Mary Kusak Wegener. She married James Lee Fisher on May 22, 1989 in Odessa, Texas. She lived in Kopperl until going to an Itasca nursing facility. Dorothy loved puzzles, crosswords, gardening, watching tv, coloring with grandkids, polka dancing and listening to music. She will be missed.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Edward Fehr and wife, Martha, Johnnie Lee Fehr, Linda Cagle and husband, Darrin, Max Fehr, Jr.; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Madlyn Hadley;  brother, Rudy Wegener; numerous other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Max Weldon Fehr; second husband, James Lee Fisher; brother, David Wegener; and parents, Renhaldino and Mary Kusak Wegener.
