James Chappell

James Allen "Shorty" Chappell, age 70, of Walnut Springs, passed away suddenly on Sunday afternoon , February 18, 2018.

Shorty was born July 2, 1947, in San Saba, Texas, a son of the late Cecil M. and Christine E. Pickett Chappell. He had lived in Walnut Springs most of his life and worked as a truck driver.

His survivors include his siblings, Charles "Dutch" Chappell, Anderson "Jack" Chappell, David M. "Skeeter" Chappell, Addie May Chappell, Arthur O. Chappell, Robbie D. Chappell, all of Walnut Springs and Annie Fae Chappell Wilson of Graham; number of other relatives and friends.
