Jeanie Webb Davidson

Mattie Leona Eugene Davidson, better known as Jeanie Davidson, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018, at an Irving, Texas hospital after a short illness.

Memorial services will be held  at 2:00 P. M., Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Morgan Civic Center, Morgan, Texas.

Jeanie was born August 4, 1949 in Clifton, Texas to Leslie Thurman Webb and Zola Mae McKown Webb.  Jeanie was raised in Morgan and attended schools there.  After graduation from high school Jeanie attended Junior College.  In 1971 Jeanie moved to Irving, Texas and remained there until her death.  Throughout Jeanie's working career, she worked for several businesses and firms and most recently had been a collection officer for a chemical company until she retired.  Gardening and cooking was some of Jeanie's favorite things to do and most likely many of her friends and family members benefited from those "hobbies".  Jeanie was a member of a Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Russell "Rusty" Davidson and wife, Tracy, of Whitney; Three Grandchildren; One Great-granddaughter; brother, Johnny Webb and wife, Nancy, of Utopia; sister-in-law, Velma Webb, of Morgan.

Memorials may be made to a local SPCA of your choice.
