John Wesley Jones

John Wesley Jones, age 80, of Clifton and a former long time resident of Kopperl, passed away suddenly on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, in the Goodall-Witcher Hospital in Clifton.

Memorial services are pending.

Wesley was born Nov. 17, 1939, in Kopperl, Texas.  He was a son of the late Benjamin Franklin Jones and Vella Burns Jones.  He was raised and educated in Kopperl.  Wesley worked for many years as a residential painter.  He served in the U. S. Navy.  Wesley was a member of the Methodist church.
