Moises Aaron Serrano age 5, of Meridian, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at his residence with his loving family by his side.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Meridian. Bro. Phil Murphy, Bro. Raymond D. Sims, Bro. Theo Heartsill, and Bro. James Webb will officiate. Burial will be at the Morgan Cemetery in Morgan, Texas. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Friday, January 6, 2017 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Meridian. Serving as pallbearers will be Diego Duran, Jose Martinez, Fernando Duran, Jarron Sims, Jersain Duran, Anthony Serrano, Gavin Sims, and Jonathan Serrano.

Moises was born on November 1, 2011 in Clifton, Texas to Marco Antonio Serrano and Luisa Ramos. He loved going to the ranch to work with his dad, loved to play the drums and sing. Moises loved to worship God and march around the church with his tambourine. He loved to play with cars and he especially loved monkeys. Mosies had great faith and even prayed for a sick chicken and for his Mom's hands and after he prayed they felt much better.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Marco Antonio Serrano and Luisa Ramos of Meridian; siblings, Monica Ramos, Sarahi Ramos, Mark Anthony Serrano, Joanna Alexandra Serrano all of Meridian; maternal grandmother, Emma Miranda of Mexico; paternal grandmother, Marcelina Vasquez of Mexico; numerous other relatives and many many friends.

Preceded in death by his grandfathers, Edivelto Ramos and Antonio Serrano.
