Neva Louise Dulaney, age 88, of Meridian, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2016 at her residence.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania.

Neva Louise Lemley was born on January 12, 1928 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania to Russell I. and Anna Elizabeth Everettes Lemley. She was a 1947 graduate of Waynesburg High School. She married David Headlee Dulaney, Jr. on June 15, 1951 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Fairall Methodist Church in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. She loved to cook, paint, plant flowers, and love each and every one of her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, John Wells Dulaney and partner, Kathleen Nora Cholley, of Hillsboro; grandchildren, Jennifer McNaught and husband, Danny Joe, of Meridian, Aymee Robinson and husband, Matt, of Cleburne, Meredith Peterson and husband, Stephen, of Hillsboro, Brandon Dulaney of Meridian, Patrick Dulaney of Hillsboro, MacKenzie Dulaney of College Station, Beth Dulaney of Meridian, Katy Dulaney of Meridian, Ashley Brown and husband, Matt, of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, Britne Jaco of Meridian, Keremy Jaco of Hillsboro; great-grandchildren, Savannah Cheyenne McNaught of Meridian, Stephen Michael McNaught of Meridian, Jordan Elizabeth McNaught of Meridian, Savannah Marie Elizabeth Robinson of Cleburne, Kailey Nichole Robinson of Cleburne, Stevie Gray Robinson of Cleburne, Dewey Olan Brannon III of Hillsboro, Alyseia Michelle Peterson of Hillsboro, Jayden Stephen Headlee Peterson of Hillsboro, Zachary Anthony Kerick of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, Nicholas Kerick of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania; siblings, Ronald Lemley of Pennsylvania, Duane Lemley and wife, Judie, of Pennsylvania; former daughter-in-law, Rhonda Dulaney of Pennsylvania; many other relatives, and a host of friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, David Headlee Dulaney, Jr.; parents, Russell I. Lemley and Anna Elizabeth Everettes; siblings, Francis Lemley, and Mae Lemley Cosgray.
