Claudia Sue Archer, age 95, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, in Clifton, Texas.  Graveside services will be on Friday, April 17, 2020, 3 PM at the Kopperl Cemetery.  Reverend John Crowder will officiate.  Visitation will be from 10 AM to 2 PM on Friday, April, 17, 2020, at Lawson Funeral Home.

Claudia Sue Archer was born on November 10, 1924, in Meridian, Texas to Lewis Day and Thelma Smith.  On June 11, 1944 she married William Hershel Archer.  A seamstress, Claudia was a very loving mom and grannie to her family.  She loved her kids and grandkids; they were her life.  She enjoyed watching her grandkids in their sports and events.  She will forever be missed by all that knew her and especially by her large and loving family.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela O'Daniel; her daughter-in-law, Katy Archer; granddaughters Tammy Hicks and her husband, Danny, and Gale Chatfield and her husband, Brent; grandsons Kary Archer and his wife, Laura, Billy Archer and his wife, Stephanie, and Wayne Bishop and his wife, April; great-grandchildren Kevin O'Daniel and his wife, Crystal, Farrah Roberts and her husband, Ronnie, Kassie Chavez and her husband, Orlando, Garrett Bishop and his wife, Kaylin, and Jordan Archer, Savannah Archer, DJ Segars, Matt Segars, Kaylin Bishop, Kristin Bishop, and Patrick Bishop; great-great-grandchildren Dominic Futrell, William O'Daniel, Derrick O'Daniel, Daniel Roberts, Kenzie Roberts, Mattie Roberts, Malaki Chavez, Roman Chavez, Kingston Chavez, Preston Segars, Payton Segars, Aden Bishop, Melody Bishop, Jude Bishop, Christian Bishop, Kaylee Segars, Paige Segars, Alex Segars, Brently Segars, and Nicholas Segars; sisters Ann McCallister, Betty Anderson, and Jerrie Kemper; and numerous other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Hershel Archer; her son, William Hershel Archer, II; parents Thelma and Lewis Day; son-in-law Charlie O'Daniel; granddaughter Tanya Suzette; and many other loved relatives.
