Daniel Paulsen passed away on March 4, 2021 at Hughley Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas of complications from surgery he had at Walls Regional Hospital in Cleburne, Texas.

Dan was born in Lakewood, Colorado but has lived in Kopperl, Texas since 1995 with his life long sweetheart. They had known each other from the age of 5 but lost touch with each other for so many years and finally found each other again in 1995 and have been together for the last twenty-five and half years. He was Airman 3rd class in the Army Air Force from 1960 to 1963. He had opened up his own garage, J.D.'s Automotive Repair in 1995 by the Brazos River Bridge and was open until he retired in 2005. He was loved and admired by so many people in his life time. He care about everyone and always tried to help someone who needed help. He had 3 son's - twin boys, Dean and Dwayne and also a son, Dale. He was preceded in death by his son Dean in 1986; brother Don in 1991; father in 1996; and also mother in 2000.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Dwayne and Dale both of Colorado; half-sister, Christie of Colorado; half-brother, Art of Missouri; and the love of his life, Joyce.

I will meet you later my darling and we will be together again, forever my love.
