Joyce Alline (Williams) Whitefield

Joyce Alline Whitefield age 80, of Weatherford, Texas and formerly of Iredell, Texas, passed away surrounded by family on November 22, 2021 in Weatherford, Texas.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 10 A.M. at Lawson Funeral Home in Meridian. Visitation will take place from 8 A.M. until service time. Burial will follow the service at Mitchell Cemetery in Iredell, Texas. Bro. Robert Whitefield will officiate. Pallbearers will be Curtis Wilkerson, Robert Buscha, Hayden Eggemeyer, Caleb Eggemeyer, Chad McClure, and Hunter Varner.

Joyce Alline Williams was born to Earl Alexander and Lillie Lee Friar Williams on December 3, 1940 in Brady, Texas. She married Joe Dale Whitefield on August 6, 1966 in Brady, Texas.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Ricky Bracy and wife, Jean, Ronnie Whitefield and wife, Robin, Robert Whitefield and wife, Sharon, Elisha Walker and husband, Doug, Keesha Scott and husband, Dustin, Damon Nicholas, Mitchell Nicholas and Gayla Bowen and husband, Brad; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Dovie Glenn, Jolene Tabor, James Williams; sister in Christ, Janie Stalling; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Earl Alexander and Lillie Lee Friar Williams; husband, Joe Dale Whitefield; grandsons, Bradley and Jeremy Whitefield; siblings, Leon Williams and Sharion Morris.
