Marion Bash was born on September 10, 1942 in Houston, Texas to Kenneth and June Conklin Bash.  The family moved to Brazos Point, Texas when she was in the third grade. Marion attended school in Kopperl through 1959, when she married Ronnie Carlisle. Together they had over sixty years of happy marriage. Marion was very talented and sold a lot of art work. She was also integral in helping Ron run his business. We were very fortunate in that Marion was able to travel with Ron on many business trips during which she was able to visit 49 states (Alaska was the only one she did not get to visit). Marion loved her church and everyone she made contact with. Marion was at total peace with Christ and was ready to "go home". She will always be missed but we know she is in a much better place.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Ron L. Carlisle of Kopperl; sons, Craig Carlisle and wife, Lori, of Frisco, Tom Carlisle and wife, Gina, of Bedford, Dave Carlisle of San Marcos; 4 grandsons, Wayne, Cosey, Aaron, and Cameron; 2 granddaughters, Amy and Callie; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Ken Bash of California; a number of other relatives and many friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, L.K. Bash and June Conklin Bash; and sister, Susie Bash Greene.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
