Larry Lawson has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1968 and Beverly received her funeral director's license in 2007. Committed to honesty, integrity, and service, Larry and Beverly provide a warm, caring, atmosphere providing comfort to families who are experiencing a loss within their family. Whether a death occurs in the daytime or the nighttime, each and every call is answered personally and has not been forwarded to an answering service. Our reputation is our most valued asset and our families, our most important priority!
Ryan began his career at Lawson Funeral Home while he was still in high school as a Funeral Assistant. After he graduated high school in 2013, he pursued his educational studies at Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston. Ryan graduated with honors and distinction from Commonwealth Institute receiving his Certificate of Funeral Directing in December of 2014. Shortly after graduation in December Ryan chose to further his education. He received his Associate of Applied Science degree in June of 2015 graduating with honors and distinction. Ryan serves as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. Ryan is a lifetime resident of Meridian and his greatest passion is to serve people in their time of need.
Patricia (Trish) McAninch works as an Administrative Assistant and has been employed with Lawson Funeral Home since March of 1998. Trish was born and educated in the Bosque County area. Trish and her husband Joe, have lived in Meridian for the past 39 years. Trish is a very faithful member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Meridian. In their spare time Trish and Joe love to travel through the mountains, visit National Parks, walk through museums, and drive the beautiful countryside.
Denise Murphy works as the night receptionist and has been with Lawson Funeral Home since January of 2013. Denise and her husband Robert, have been in the Bosque County area for the last 5 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading, entertaining grandchildren, and playing with her dog. Denise is a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Meridian.
